He has been put on punishment by the NY State Bar and the Grievance board of Winchester county multiple times. Its only time he will be disbarred. Find yourself a worthy lawyer who is up to do the job that he is paid for.

Do yourself a favor and do not hire this lawyer to represent you for as little as a parking ticket. He is a manipulative and conniving human being and unprepared and lazy lawyer. It is unfortunate, that he is a family lawyer where his representation means whether you will get custody of your child. This man is bad news. Stay away.
