This attorney is a a thief. We took a retainer and original documents and then disappeared. He has no morals. He will be reported to the Disciplinary Committee and Bar Association. He is a bad lawyer who is disorganized and incompetent and a crook. He promised a full refund and disappeared again.

He took my mother in law’s fee and took paperwork. He has his original paperwork for her case. He takes advantage of senior citizen clients. We paid $1000 and he never filed a complaint or filed anything. He moves from office to office and county to county stealing from clients. He is unethical and from researching this attorney he does this to several clients. I have an extensive record of unanswered calls and emails. He promised a refund and never gave it.

Mr Costo used to work for we the people in Westchester Ny and was asked to leave because he would take money and not do the job. I hired him to recover money from a purchase i never received and yes he filed the paper work with the court agter that he was mia. Does not answer his calls!!!!! Promised to refund my money and never received a penny!!
