I was not an easy client, very anxious because my entire carrier, and life was on the line. Oliver was telling me comforting and reassuring things, but also the truth, no sugarcoating, what he thought and not what i wanted or to hear, and i had to painfully adjust my thinking. I know looking back sometimes, it felt uneasy, but I would always prefer to realize the truth, and Oliver's approach over somebody who is sugarcoating staff and not delivering at the time when needed.
I learned a great deal working with Oliver. The first thing I learned was no matter how difficult your case is and how tough is your situation, it is not necessary that something has to be done right away, right that moment, and all of sudden a lot work has to be done by your attorney. In criminal cases actions DO NOT EQUAL results - that one i learned working with Oliver. If some lawyer tells you that upon hiring he must right away submit bunch of discovery requests and motions, and start bothering the DA and make him work hard, (presumably to make it good for you and, incidentally, run up your tab) the DA will then have to start working hard to accommodate all of that, but then she will want a piece of your flesh delivered to her on a platter, so to speak. The idea, as i learned working with Oliver, is NOT TO BOTHER A DA UNNECESSARY, NOT TO CONTACT HER without real need, where there is no benefit to do so because each contact might, potentially, COST YOU. Laying in low and waiting, might be a better strategy and Oliver knows it very well.
But in the time, when there was a need to act with a lightning speed Oliver and his team delivered the result and filed necessary motions and and documents immediately, and without hesitation, which left the DA powerless, and which resulted in my case being dismissed. I am an innocent man. I went through multiple lawyers (because i was paranoid at times) and NONE gave me a chance at dismissal (becuase of how good the false evidence was) - i was told that I would be lucky to get a violation offer, and that i should take that, if given, no questions asked. (even though it was a 100% false accusation and i was 100% innocent. And i never got that offer.
I would strongly recommend Oliver to anybody who has issues with the law and if you can let him handle the situation and trust him, you will, hopefully, see the best result that you can get, in a situation. Even in the situation where i panicked, Oliver held my back and did not let me fall apart. He will do all he can to not "let water-floods engulf you, or the depths to swallow you up, or the pit to close its mouth over you". Good luck. I am grateful to Oliver for helping to save my life and carrier.
