I am not very impressed with service I have received there. The lawyer doesn't respond to email or phone calls in a timely manner. I have to pressure them to communicate with me on update on my case. In the end the lawyer gave a bad advice and will not put in the work to help represent me. I will not be using them again!

They are on there job. I recommend anyone to them that is having problems with their landlord. Especially if your in court or getting read to go through court procedures.

Mine was a simple non-payment of rent case. MLS referred me to the Tenants Rights Campaign which ultimately discovered a DOB determination had been made that my unit was part of an illegally subdivided floor. In their haste to collect back-rent, the landlord jeopardized discovery of his scheme and lost. Consequently, no rent has been collected from any ground floor tenant in two years. How is that for competent advocacy!
