Just used the law firm again for a complex matter that I don’t want to get into the details. He was able to take on the case and resolved it before having to go to court. Glad to have worked with someone that rather settle before court to save me money and hassle of daycare and what not.

So since you like to use my fiance as a story line.. here's the second side. We got Steven to get my fiance's daughter back and started up with him August 2018 and said it was 300 an hour. Great. No worries there. We paid well over 6 grand and have always asked for her contract she signed and documentation on why it took 51.3 hours to get a child back from a mother who was in good standing. But says he did send it 3 times.. called my fiance a liar but we went back over a year in emails and not one email was sent from him nor his secretaries. So we stopped paying and not one word was said in months so with no communication when we've tried multiple times to contact mr Wolfe but all we get is a no answer or an okay response but never get what we asked for. I also set up an agreement with him myself to take over monthly payments and he agreed verbally. Everything was agreed verbally and now that he ignored us and never called us or sent emails he wants to charge us 8200 dollars when we've already paid over 6 grand. And now hes mad? Still no documentation on why it took this long and the signed agreement she signed in the beginning. This just seems like someone trying to take advantage of someone who doesnt know facts and over doing it. But other then that... he knows what hes doing in court but doesnt operate correctly for clients ‍♂️ especially the ones who hired him. We want the proof you sent it 3 times. If not... verbal doesnt mean anything, anywhere.. remember?

Don’t ever really write reviews but after dealing with Mr. Steven Wolff and his paralegal I can honestly say that my experience with being a first time home buyer has made me feel scared and clueless to now feeling confident in my home closing. Thankful for them always returning my calls in a timely manner and answering all my questions.

Mr. Wolff was hired to handle a very simple divorce proceeding. A retainer fee agreement was signed and he was given a retainer fee. Due to not being happy with his services he was asked to immediately cease and desist all work on our file. I immediately asked for an accounting of our original retainer fee and felt his charges were not only false but unethical as well. Mr. Wolff was asked to return at least half of our original retainer, as we felt that was all that was owed and he refused. As a concerned consumer, I would advise any one that agrees to a retainer agreement with Mr Wolff to get a DAILY accounting from his office to ensure that no over charging is done.
