Sager Gellerman Eisner was my divorce counsel for 6 1/2 years. They took my case to trial. My divorce is still largely unresolved. The court did not fully adjudicate our conflict. Per the decision, I am owed arrears for child support and incidentals from the date of commencement forward, but no amount was given. Absent a definitive decision regarding arrears, the trial portion of my experience with Sager, Gellerman, and Eisner was grossly extended, costly, and financially unsuccessful.

I used this firm last year some time and wasn't happy at all. I was extremely stressed out and emotional, and I feel they used that as a tool for my business.
The attorney I consulted with initially exaggerated my case as if it was more than what it really was. Then she didn't even show up for my court date.
I was able to handle my biggest issue outside of court which enabled me to cancel their lame services. They showed no empathy to my circumstances.
I emailed her to discontinue services which didn't require any response, just my request to discontinue. However, she continued to email me after I said no, then when o got my bill I realized it was a scheme to generate more costs to my legal bill.
They charged me for phone calls and emails which is stupid. If they are not directly working on my case or in court It should be a courtesy convenience to answer any concerns from clients.
Doctors don't charge patients when they call in to schedule and appointment. Don't use this firm, shop around.
And if you're a veteran who served your country like myself, consult with the VA you are entitled to good, reliable free legal services sponsored by the senators and government.

Horrible service, money driven and that’s all they care about.
