Lloyd has been the utmost advocate to me to help guide me through the most difficult situation of my life and to help protect my child.
His knowledge, guidance, and exemplary presentation skills have given me comfort and peace of mind throughout this difficult process. Additionally, he has expressed the utmost integrity and honesty with all his dealings with me. His priority is to HELP ME and get me and my child the best results, not to help himself.
Lloyd will not appease you and tell you what you want to hear. Instead, he will instill in you what will be best for your personal situation and guide you throughout for the best results to protect you and your family.
He is also highly accessible and will be there for you when you need him. He truly cares.
I adamantly feel that Lloyd Rosen is one of the most knowledgeable, most effective, and most trustworthy professionals I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I recommend him highly.
I became aware of this firm via a very strong reference from an individual who was represented by Jaqueline Harounian for his divorce.
I have mostly worked with Jackie who is excellent, trustworthy and fair. I have also worked with Lloyd Rosen who I also recommend.
This firm should be on your shortlist for consideration in any divorce and/or custody matter.
Being on the right side of the case, Jackie from her own self couldn’t even think how to react to the opposition when they were at totally wrong side of the case. She couldn’t even respond in a way professional attorney do. I felt It was just about making money by putting hours and finish up with the retainer fee and then start charging over it. I think the attorneys should be attentive and proactive to fight for their client based on their own knowledge and not to wait for their client’s suggestion and then charge for it.
I finally decided to change the attorney which i think was the right decision.
With no star rating, I would definitely not recommend hiring this firm in divorce case.
He’s has a remarkable way of quickly taking in all the information presented and recapping it in an empathic, bottom line way which allowed me to see through the chaos of things and identify the task items at hand. He consistently provided me with multiple clear view points and alternatives, with pros and cons to any decisions that had to be made, which then allowed me to easily understand what was achievable with my asks and situation. His knowledgeable and experienced guidance tremendously helped me confidently identify the approach I wanted to take. I’ve had experiences with other law firms during this same situation which were not handled with as much care and attention, nor as much proactive upfront information as Joseph provided. I highly recommend Joseph Bracconier’s services to anyone looking for someone to relate to their personal experience and provide knowledgeable, empathic, professional guidance and support.
More recently, Jackie has been expertly helping me resolve a post-divorce issue. She is a consummate professional who always puts the best interests of children first. I can't thank her enough for that.
She is professional, responds promptly, manages client expectations very well, and makes efficient use of billed hours.
Hiring Jackie was the best legal decision I’ve ever made.
From the moment I contacted them, *as this was my first divorce (and hopefully my last!) I had a number of questions I sought answers for, and I was treated very kindly by the person who handled my initial inquiry, and set up a consultation for me with counselor Mr. Jerome Wisselman.
Mr. Wisselman was very kind and understanding during my consultation, and tactfully extracted all the facts he needed to understand how he could best handle my case, as well as helping me detach from the emotional aspect of the divorce, and focus on the desired end result, explaining the process in detail, and associated court & filing fee's, as well as detailing the specifics of the retainer fee (which I will say was very reasonable compared to other attorney's I had reached out to)
Once I agreed to select Wisselman & Associates to represent me in my divorce proceedings, I was introduced to Halyna Sarlanis, who was the paralegal assigned to my case. I sat down with Halyna, who further explained what documents and information I would need to provide, in order for the process to move forward.
Halyna was most helpful and understanding, availing herself and her time to answer all my questions, and spend time on the phone with me when I had questions as the case progressed, and always went out of her way to follow up and report back to me on the details of my case as it involved a fair amount of back & forth between the firm and my former spouse.
I was lead to believe originally my former partner was seeking a simple no-fault divorce, but then (as often is the case, the situation took a bit of an unexpected turn, which seemed to delay the progress of filing for the divorce, but thanks to some very pointed and timely interactions by both Halyna & Mr. Wisselman to my former partner's counselor, and spelling out exactly what we considered to be fair and reasonable, those barriers were removed, and I received word from Ms. Sarlanis that they received the signed and notarized documents required for filing my non-contested divorce settlement with the court, and everything was in order so that the paperwork should move through the system as a matter of procedure, and a judge will have everything they need in order to process and sign off on the divorce without incident.
I can't thank Halyna enough for her dedication and professionalism and follow up skills on my behalf in reaching out to my former partner and ensuring the necessary documents required from them were received, reviewed, signed and notarized. I know it wasn't the easiest task for her, but I was ALWAYS kept in the loop and contacted as to where we stand and what actions were being taken to ensure the divorce could move forward as soon as possible, and with as little additional financial impact to me.
I'm most pleased with the outcome and the time frame in which my divorce was handled, and would like to thank both Halyna & Mr. Wisselman for their efforts in representing me in this matter.
It was a pleasure dealing not only with them, but the office staff I interacted with during several visits I made to their office. Everyone I met was kind, professional, attentive to my concerns, and genuinely friendly.
I would HIGHLY recommend Wisselman & Associates if you are seeking representation in a divorce matter. They truly made this experience I hope to never endure again, as painless as possible, and based on the research I did by interviewing four or five other firms who handle such cases, their fee's are very reasonable.
Thanks again folks for a job well done! I'm most appreciative.
Respectfully,
`Joseph Locastro
A special thank you to Mr. Jerome A. Wisserman and Ms. Halyna Sarlanis who were always there when I needed them throughout this process and took great care of me and my family's needs.
Please keep up the good work.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. I consider myself very fortunate for having their guidance throughout.
The financial dept at the firm was very sensitive to my financial situation and helped to reduce the long-term costs of the divorce.
The rates are fair and they are willing to work with you.
What was beautiful about this evening's event was that we were able to touch real lives, in real time, offering an unparalleled lifetime value of mindful presence to what is needed now. It was a safe space, a place where the attendees could "undress their truth" with Ms. Harounian, Esq. and myself. Each of us addressing our area of expertise as it pertains to the process of divorce. Wellbeing as a universally considered new metric complemented by the laser focused solutions and directions of the law as it relates to each attendees place on the divorce continuum.
Together, Jacqueline Harounian, Esq. and I brought them from fear, doubt, uncertainty and overwhelm to purpose, clarity and connection to us and to one another It was warm, engaging, offering camaraderie and support and was very much all personal development. The attendees appreciated the ability to find space within themselves, find their breath and gather new perspectives no matter what stage they were at in the process of divorce. .
Wisselman, Harounian and Associates’ Great Neck location is the perfect blend of elegance, comfort and class. The vibe, the room, the people, the need, the juice ---were all there. I just facilitated it with the already present pieces of success.+ Jackie's cherry-on-top of supreme professionalism and mama bear traits. She wants and stands for what is best for you!. This evening focused on people who are hurting as human beings in the divorce process and we were there to help them. This was a great place to support them on their path toward greatness to re-find themselves once again and find happiness with themselves and their families.
Community was created as a side benefit as each person was invited to look at their life and to mediate on behalf of the stress and how they wear it. They became aware of what toll it takes on their health, family and business as we moved toward cultivating hope, health and wellbeing. Each person took accessible take-a-ways whether a new way to breathe or to find freedom in their body-mind to complimentary legal advice for their specific general place in the process. Each were given tools to rewire, recalibrate and reinvent a new moment, in the moment of now. They saw how in the “now” all is well —and that helped them move to the relaxation response giving them ease to roll it forward.
Randall helped me secure time with my children, despite the fact we fought against an opponent with far greater financial resources, a well connected attorney, and a bitter disposition. Randall had both the strategic insight and tactical knowledge to counsel wisely during the journey through the labyrinth of New York law.
Best,

It seemed Jacky worked very hard for my best interests and I am extremely happy with the outcome. I have told friends of my experience with her and suggested Jacky to a friend that wanted a divorce.
Working with someone that you trust at this time of your life was a blessing and I would absolutely recommend her again."

She and Jerome fought for me and got me custody where other lawyers told me I couldn't win. Her tenacity, knowledge of the law combined with this firms reputation formed a perfect combination for me. I would recommend using this firm for other fathers looking to attain custody of their children.
It was a good experience for us.
