A few years ago I was a victim of medical malpractice by a Neurologist which resulted in a severe stroke. They don’t really take hard cases , they just throw you to another law firm with no explainations ,when they apparently win a lot of cases and one of the best.

Dont even waste your breath. I wanna move forward with a hospital malpractice case and as soon as they got the hospitals version of the story they decided to believe them and said they wouldn't represent me. Then wanted to charge me $150 for MY records that they do not need

Will not take a hard case, that’s why they have more time than the original attorney I contacted who didn’t have the time.

Edit: Go to Dell and Dean. They actually reviewed our medical records before making a determination on whether they’d take our case or not and they did. Not only that, they explained it’s not the difficult case Duffy & Duffy made it out to be.

Like others have reviewed this office will not take a difficult cases. My case was turned down without reviewing my medical records or speaking to any of my doctors ect. Had they done that they could clearly see I was not a candidate for the surgery I had. Aside from that the side effects I am expiring are not normal and were not listed on the consent forms so this is a case that could be won. I will be taking my case to someone else.
