Attorney showed to my workers comp case hearing and told me that he doesn't have any file from my doctors. Then he told me to contact my doctors and get them all the documents to present in to the board. Isn't it their job? This is why I hired them to take care of my case and take care of all the documents I need for my case. Basically he screwed my case and left me hanging. I would never recommend miller and caggiano for any thing. Get help from homeless person but not these guys
