Be discerning. These reviewers claiming this attorney as the best are not even found on CT Judicial case look up as CT litigants (check the facts befoe making this critical decision to retain an attorney or signing a representative agreement as I never signed one with him & I still had to pay this crook tens of thousands). He’s dishonest and when his bills were provided to CT Representative for GAL taskforce--his bills were deemed one of the most unlawful with no timestamps and when matched with the other two attorneys at same court time: my attorney bills 1.3 hours for status conference, my ex attorney bills 2.1 hours and Kirk's GAL bill 7.5 hours. In our case, my attorney drew up billing agreement when I agreed to pay him off thousands in exchange to never work for us again - the agreement said “unless the court ordered” so he just continued to bill until I testified in front of the legislature, CT Supreme Court and other cameras about his GAL representation that he removed himself.
