Helped me with my bankruptcy case. Seni is very professional, while still being human and responds very prompt to all the questions and needs. I've seen a few other lawyers before I chose him. Compare to all the others he's by far the most professional and attentive to all your needs.My case was a little more complicated than the usual. I trusted this lawyer with my personal information he decided to terminate my personal information documents with my social and personal income we kept in touch, I mentioned and set the expectation with him, that will be a while before I can complete payment ( he was charging 399% more than usual, the rate had a sudden increase ) to him. However, when I was present in his office the minute I told him I will no longer have him represent me, he mentioned that my file has been discard, a lawyer should take steps to the extent reasonably practicable to protect a client's interests how can you discard my information W2, transcripts, paystubs, other personal information from myself and my wife my children social and personal information were on these documents. Not giving reasonable notice to the client, including giving due notice to his client, allowing time. Seni did not use a flexible guideline for me as a client, he takes the arbitrary decision to destroy our file and not retain original paperwork. Seni did not use reasonable means to notify me or my wife as he should do so with his clients.
