I just wanted to share my feelings about Arnold M. Great guy and great attorney

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Arn (yes he told me to call him Arn). He helped, AFTER 6 YEARS, to get my mortgage company to provide me with a modification. I have been through 3 other attorneys (I will not name names publicly) that all promised me "without a doubt" that they could easily get me a modification. Well, onto my 4th lawyer (Arn Bottalico) and he told me something different. My case was an extremely difficult one (I won't get into details). What Arn DID guaranty was that he would give it everything he had. But could not guaranty a positive outcome. As scary as that notion was it was still refreshing to hear. He laid out everything I had going for me and everything I had going against me. And after several months......FINALLY.......I have my modification. His rates are more than reasonable and he worked with me (and continues to work with me). My only regret is not having found him 6 years ago. What more can I say? He is a very kind and gentle soul. He will not make you feel pressured into doing anything. He will provide you with options and allow you to make your choice. His demeanor makes you want to trust him and believe in him. And I did.
