Attorney Hoffman was recommended by my realtor and he performed poorly. His fee was higher than other attorneys for a real estate sale but he attempted to price gouge further with hundreds of dollars for paralegal and document fees. I complained about the fees and he only removed them after he sent many mean emails. Then he didn’t produce an accurate valid IRS1099. Rather than fix the issue, he blames the buyer’s Attorney. He doesn’t take responsibility, overcharges, demonstrates an unpleasant demeanor and was a pain. I would never recommend him.
