Horrible company! Sent a service to be done, emailed for status a week later, no response. Emailed two more times and finally received a response stating papers were never served. When I asked for details, the company could provide none, only that there was no answer. Server never spoke to a neighbor to verify whether or not the person lived there. My office called and spoke to 'Sam' who forwarded call to 'Maria' who was very argumentative, refused to answer any questions regarding the service and stated the only way she would send the server back was if we paid the $95.00 fee AGAIN! Very unprofessional company. Don't use!

Awful experience with this process server. Sam did not do what he promised and did not serve my papers on time. He ignored my request for a refund. I had to request a chargeback through my credit card.
