Waste of money, I used incfile to form my LLC and added the research package thru licenselogix one they sent me last years form, then two after reaching out to a county employee finding out I need one more permit and tax form for my jurisdiction. Awesome thanks for not doing your job, wasting my time (7 days) waiting for your email with useless forms and uncompleted research.

bad company service. Careful when you choose the service, they won't tell you you have to pay extra fee at beginning and later they bill you and if you want cancel the service they only refund part of it

LicenseLogix has been a very good partner in our process to maintain compliance with the licensing requirements from multiple boards of pharmacy and other state regulatory agencies. They have also extended their services to conduct regulatory research (outside of licensing) that couldn't be handled internally.

Each employee at this organization is courteous on each encounter and they try very hard to understand their customer's needs and constraints.

I paid extra for this "service" when I incorporated with IncFile. This fee gets you a list of forms that they can file for yet another fee. They claim to be very proud of their service, which seems to be getting you to pay them.

Reliable service, i will recommend the speed

I just got my taxes setup through them because I didn't have a clue what I was doing. They did a great job guiding me along. I worked with Elica and Catherine and they were both wonderful to deal with. They were also very professional and always gave me respect for working so hard to try and create a business. I could call them both, but I'm more of an email guy. I'm going to use them again if I run across another situation where I need to. A+ for always following up and checking in on me too!

Truly awful company to work with. I used LicenseLogix when signing up with IncFile because I wanted peace of mind that I was signing up for the right licenses and permits for my business. Their "research" was incomplete, and I was set back at least a month because they misclassified my business and forgot to send me a fictitious business name statement.

Ashneel sent a cheeky email soliciting a review, and I wanted to give them a chance to remediate, so I first wrote back to them to see if they could fix this. They redid the research, but it was STILL inaccurate. They sent me a business permit application for the wrong city, then said it would be an ADDITIONAL charge to research permits for other cities I wished to do business in. Research! Not to actually complete the applications for me or anything.

I don't think Ashneel is very thorough at this job, and it is very hard to justify the cost of this service, ESPECIALLY when their mistakes will cost you time and money. Please look just about anywhere else for assistance. There are loads of local small business help programs out there, which are far more helpful, and often free.

If I could give this company 20 STARS, I would!! They do FANTASTIC work and their work ethic speaks for itself. They have perfected the art of obtaining and maintaining multi-state business licenses, permits and registrations and business compliant. They have eliminated my involvement with government agencies and the wasted hours spent researching. I don’t know what I would have done without you… Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I have enjoyed working with LicenseLogix, Not just with the system but also with several of it agents when ever I had an issue. Either on the phone, online or via e-mail my queries have been answered in a timely fashion and accuracy .

I don’t know who I spoke to but the person was very disrespectful and they hung up on me. this company needs to be shut down.

Horrible Experience

I purchased the business research package. Having a full time job and starting a business is hard to manage, however LicenseLogix made it rather seamless. There were some small learning curves with them in the beginning as they needed to learn how Contracting Trades work in terms of the sort of licenses that are truly needed but we worked it out. They have great communication between everyone envolved and they work hard to get you to the top of the list with public agencies which is fantastic! I couldn’t have done this without there help. It’s a little costly, but worth it in the end if you ask me. The small price of doing business. You have to spend money in order to make money. Elica and Savannah were a true pleasure to work with.

I purchased the Business Research package through incfile. My own research made me familiar with what licenses I needed. But I'd rather err on the side of caution when it comes to properly forming a business on my own. LicenseLogix's product was very well put together. In addition to providing links to online application resources, they also cited relevant state and local laws giving it the proper context that I wasn't clear about through my own research.

Very slow to respond and process what should be a simple business license. My patience is now wearing thin and am on the verge of requesting a refund.

So disappointed. There's never someone there that can pick up you call at anytime. If when there is, they never have straight up answers for your questions, or maybe they don't really know the answers. Tips: if your business is internationally involved (import/export), don't even bother using this company. They can't help you with those license/permits. You'd have to find out for yourself eventually.

RIPPED US OFF in 2015 & Awful & disrespectful customer service. They were subcontractors of RASi that we DID NOT select & absolutely RECOMMEND AGAINST !

-LicenseLogix are simply INCOMPETENT, full of delays & excuses about NOT getting work we paid them to do done properly.
-They MISREPRESENTED their ability expertise to perform the TAX work we needed &
-then fully MISHANDLED our small non-profit’s application IRS for tax exemption status 503(c)(3).
- FAILED to reimburse us for NOT completing their work.
- & besides lacking knowledge, their staff & management put us off with their bloated egos insisting they knew what they were doing...did not!

COMPLETELY BUNGLED the forms they filled out for the IRS & the IRS mistakenly misclassified our org.
They wanted more money to fix their errors.
We ourselves finally ended up contacting the IRS and going through a painstakingly long appeal process filing the papers to fix this mess ourselves.
We were NEVER refunded for work that was done improperly ! Not good.

Very poor knowledge.
Its a use-less service. They are gonna tell you very basic things like you have to obtain a sales tax and unemployment status. They wont tell you that you will need a occupancy permit(that is also a type of permit required in houston) and other important permits required by city.
overall they missed a lot of information.
