If youre going to depend on this office to help prove youre innocence then you might as well just go to jail. Horrible service, they take a week to get back to you if they even get back to you. I would highly recommmend anybody to get a private lawyer before having a public defender help you from this office.

If you're represented by these people YOUR BEST BET IS TO WRITE THE JUDGE A LETTER SAYING YOU FEEL LIKE YOU'RE BE MISS LED AND MISS REPRESENTED NO ONE IN THAT OFFICE WILL BE ABLE TO TAKE THE CASE. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR FREEDOM DO WHAT YOU GOTTA DO TO HAVE THEM TAKING OFF YOUR CASE!

The worst legal aid services in the world. My lawyer has not contacted me in over 3 months. She never calls me back if I leave a message, the front desk always hangs up on you, even her secretary doesn't call you back or help get in contact with her. My case has been open for 9 months and still no word about it. This is the most incompetent, unprofessional legal aid society around. I will be making a complaint.

This attorney office will not help prove your innocent, I had [Mr. Richard Viviano] as the first attorney who manipulated me into signing a form called an SCI, this Notice of Motion tells the judge that you do not want to go to trial about the case and wish to be seen in the judge's office to discuss your fate.

"Hi my name is Norman Gene Morrison Jr, and I am about to share with you all my pain mentally plus my spiritual well being for the last 20 years of my life. I have been labeled as a Level 2 sex offender, the charge was Sexual Abuse in the First Degree, a "D" Violent Felony.

[I didn't committed that act of behavior, on my 8-years-old stepdaughter [Jasmine Sha'Keema Mabry].

"Detective Alex Yagasits and his partner came to my place of residents, 129 Elm Street Yonkers, NY 10701, between 9:00am - 10:00am. He stated that he was here to see me because there was a felony complaint filed in the City Court of Yonkers, charging me with Sexual Abuse in the First Degree, a D violent felony. I asked the Detective who was the person, what time, and place did I committed this acted of behavior, he said "A Jasmine Sha'Keema Marby [my stepdaughter] and the date that it happened was on November 26, 1996 Thanksgiving night between 11:30pm -12 am, the offense allegedly was committed in my place of residents 129 Elm Street apt: A1 Yonkers, NY 1070, I laughed at the Detective and he did not like it at all because he turned red in the face. I explained to him that (1). I didn't picked up the children until Wednesday November 27th 1996 from 17 Willow Place Yonkers NY 10701, and that
Jasmine was at Ms. Barbara Inez. Berry [my oldest sons "Michael" godmother's] place of residents 35 Linden Street, Apt #3 Yonkers NY 10701, on Wednesday November 27, 1996 from 3:45 pm Sunday December 1, 1996. [Barbara wanted Jasmine and her 4 daughters, plus her two nieces, to spend sometime together before she move on Thursday January 23, 1997 to 205 Fleter Street, Greenville, SC. 29611]. I told Detective Yasgasits that I didn't have Jasmine on the 26th of January and to my knowledge she was with her mother [Michelle C. Mabry] I didn't went to picked up the children [Michael and Shamel] until November 27th 1996 at 3:30, I remember because they had a 1/2 a day at school, to start their Thanksgiving vacation off.
Now I went to pick up Michael and Shamel for Thanksgiving to show them that daddy live in Yonkers now,

[I am not finish on the above matter]

To be continued

While I was in the jail cell waiting to see the judge on my arraignment this attorney came to me and told me that his name is Richard Viviano, and that his was my attorney [this is the attorney who manipulated me into signing a form call an S.C.I., an S.C.I. is a form that your attorney give the judge to let the judge know that the attorney do not want to go to trial about the case and wish to be seen in the judge's office to talk about my fate].
