This is the worst example of lawyers I've ever seen in my life. They will lie cheat steal. They will do everything possible and destroy your life if there's $10 in it for them. Run away from these people as fast as you can. Don't trust anything they say because it's a lie. You know it's a lie because their lips are moving.
Update. I have never hired these people. They lied to me representing TFCU. Don't be fooled.

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment at the terrible customer service my husband just received from a lawyer here, Gary Friedenberg. We had an appointment on the books to meet with him this Friday that has been scheduled for weeks. When my husband called to provide our Hyatt Legal Plan information, he cancelled the appointment. He acknowledged someone at the firm signed the firm up for this plan, but stated he will not work with us due to not receiving enough money from the legal plan for his services. You should not sign up for a plan you do not plan on honoring. I am sincerely disappointed. I do hope this firm either removes themselves from Hyatt Legal Plans in the future or makes it clear on their website that even though they technically are a participating member, they do not actually accept it.
