The day of my closing my attorney sends me an email to inform me that he will not attend and instead a PARALEGAL (who is actually a licensed real estate agent) would be there. This is by far the worst real estate law firm I have ever dealt with! Poor practice. I would definitely NOT recommend their services, especially if your a first time Home buyer.

My review is based on the experience with Christopher Garcia. He represented buyers. This attorney lacks social manners, courtesy and extremely rude!!! Through out the process he was bad mouthing the bank's attorney's employee. Per contract we fixed everything that buyer wanted, took more than 3 months for buyer to close. After the walk thru his clients said everything was fine. But at the closing table they want us to pay $450 for shower door tracks.
When I said we fixed everything, this attorney goes off the cliff trying to be a hero to his clients. Doesn't care that they held us up because they had issues obtaining DACA mortgage, They needed more time to clear up the credit mess. Instead he was talking to them about us in Spanish calling us names. In my opinion this guy needs to go to Manners school!!!
Avoid this guy at any cost.
