The man was a God-send. He was very professional and attentive and always returned all phone calls promptly.
I wish zero stars were possible. This guy is unethical.
My mother was seeking counsel through Ryan’s practice. She is going through a divorce with an abusive husband. The law clerk or whoever answered the phone stated that Ryan was with another client at the time of our call. We specifically asked if her soon to be ex-husband had already contacted Ryan. We were assured that he had not and that Ryan would call us back within 24 hours.
When the callback was late, we decided to call Ryan’s office one more time. We were informed by Ryan himself that he chose not to call us because he had an appointment with the soon to be ex-husband that Friday.
Now all of a sudden the ex-husband is harassing my mother through text messages and voicemail. This phone number was not shared with the soon to be ex-husband by my mother or any friends in common. Ryan is the only possible connection.
Beware! He has put my mother in harms way and we will probably be filing a complaint with the bar association.
