I’m sure the lawyer is okay, but the office staff is incompetent. No return emails, no return phone calls, no confirmation of submitted materials. Then the lawyer called 20 minutes late for our scheduled call and left a message that “I” missed the meeting. The office girl contacted me the next morning with an attitude so rude and condescending I had to terminate the call before I lost my temper. The lawyer probably doesn’t even know her staff is a terrible liability, but the lack of attention and commitment to the clients is disturbing at best, and an absolute deal breaker for me...
