I have been meaning to give this Law Firm a review and give my personal feedback, but I just want to say how professional they were with me. I’ve had 2 incidents where I’ve used them and they have bailed me out of some tough situations. The lawyer I had never left me guessing or never left any information out. He walked me through each situation step-by-step and always seemed to go out of his way to help me. It is amazing how quickly one of Mr. Bearnsons associates responds to a negative review. I only with they were as quick to work on issues for their clients. Unfortunately, the person from Mr. Bearnson's office either is uninformed about the cases Mr. Bearnson handled for me or is ready to perjure themselves.
Mr. Bearnson still owes me thousands of dollars... money he was willing to eagerly accept on the front end but not willing to refund on the back end or provide documentation on how this money was spent.

Outside of this, Mr. Bearnson's counsel was ineffective and inept. I subsequently had to hire more competent counsel to correct the issues caused by Mr. Bearnson.

I highly recommend Wayne Caldwell, we had horrible experiences with prior attorneys. Once we finally switch to Wayne everything changed and he has helped us so much. We love Bonnie as well, she is always so great at getting back to us and keeping updated, as well as smart, and super kind!

They were able to get me i. So quickly. And everything has gone so smooth. I love my legal team! They have gone above and beyond for me. And I will forever be grateful for them!

The Bearnson & Caldwell team is amazing! They handled my divorce case and I couldn't be happier. My case was a little different than the typical divorce but they had the experience and know-how to get it done effectively and professionally. Wayne took the time to explain things very well and answer all of my questions. Their paralegal, Diann, took over my case about midway through and couldn't have done a better job! She kept me very well informed throughout the whole process. She made sure everything was taken care of so I could rest easier knowing my case was in capable hands.
