Rotten Advice. Charged us $300 to write a letter to vacate instead of going straight for filing eviction. Gave Tenants two extra months of free room and broad, and lost us to months of income, and still have to pay eviction fee. Word of advice, Go straight to filing eviction. the faster you file, the faster you will get them out.
