Bruce Brodkey has been my attorney for many years and has taken care of my affairs through thick and thin in an exemplary manner.

As a Veteran who is unable to concentrate half of the time. I found Brodkey, Cuddigan, Peebles, Belmont & Line, LLP online. From the moment I spoke with Michael, I knew I was speaking to someone who had my concerns at heart! Michael, Sean, & Robert were all very responsive during the process and walked me through any questions or concerns I had. I would gladly recommend them to anyone seeking help for any reason!

Sincerely,

Paul Sicardo

Did not receive the service I paid for. The turn over rate of accountants I had to deal with was terrible. I would not recommend this company.

Line is an awful attorney who in my opinion is a lot more interested in collecting her exorbitant fees than in seeing justice served. She puts herself ahead of the client at every turn. She really gets zero stars and I question the veracity of all these positive reviews in the past couple months when there were basically no reviews of her, or this firm, for years. A dreadful firm and a shady, putrid attorney IMO. Avoid,. There are some morally decent estate planning lawyers in town - find one

Ben Belmont is by far the toughest family law and custody attorney in Omaha. He will fight for you! He works extremely hard for you and will get you the absolute best deal he can. He cares about his clients, he’s professional, ethical, and has tons of experience. I was really intimidated by him at first but once I got to know him, I just realized he just takes his job very seriously and has a very no nonsense approach. He will eat the other party alive. He’s expensive but it is money well spent. So thankful I had him on my side.

Met them in 2017, don't have any recollection of meeting with them in 2018. Remember meeting twice in 2019. Once before my hearing and the day just before my final hearing before the judge. My Atty did a great job helping me get this far, hopefully he has helped me enough to get it the rest of the way deep into the end zone.

As an attorney, I have worked with Tosha Heavican many times. She is caring, professional and knowledgeable. I refer many people to her whose cases I cannot handle.

I have worked with Brodkey Peebles Belmont & Line with regard to transactional issues. They were prompt, courteous and professional in all aspects of their service. Not only were they knowledgeable in the law; they were genuinely invested in helping us obtain the best outcome for our situation. Customer service was top notch. I would not hesitate to recommend their legal services.,

I've only dealt with one attorney at the firm, her initials are LL, and she was a nightmare. I'm not one who often gives negative reviews but avoid this firm like the plague.

Seriously the most unprofessional Lawyer I have ever worked with. I called them up with a problem and asked them to be upfront with any costs or charges. They agreed, but then billed me at a rate of $150 per hour for the phone call, and then subsequent "meetings" they had afterward, which I never asked them to have. I just got a bill today, for 5 separate meetings, calls, conferences and emails they did after my initial call. Am I crazy or is that just illegal to bill someone without an agreement?
