Due to a settlement of a credit card debt, we are nearing completion of our payments when they changed their address with no notice.went to website expecting a banner of the address change, but no. It is a different address. This is the kind of unscrupulous action I would expect.

Thought they were great(even thought they are debt collectors) it was a debt that I owed and they were willing to make payment arrangements. Then I didnt have a job for 3 months and needed to cancel a payment. Told me they would cancel it and next thing I know it is taken out of my account and account is overdrawn. I would have gotten it covered if they told me they couldn't cancel it but this was not what they said. They caused a major head ache and dont care. Completely changed my mind about them and have now made me want to fight against them just to give them a problem like they caused me.

This company is a scam if there ever was one. DO NOT comply with them or give them one penny. They buy debt for 4 cents on the dollar and hope you do not show for judgement. SHOW up and ask for a document with your signature or statement from account to prove validity. THEY dont have it and you will WIN. Show up and fight! Terrible customer service and the the people here are rude!

Already garnishing me and now trying to put a lein on something when I have one payment left. Not happening! I will contact my attorney and sue them for unethical practices of they think they're taking more than the court granted!

Horrible place. I payed debt in full; however, they had already placed a garnishment in my paychecks. I was assured I would get a refund of the garnishment amount, but they have not given it to me. The court mailed it to them weeks ago, so I know they have it. They keep telling me they don't. When I called and asked about it, they got very angry. So They harass me to get money, but when They owe me money and I call I am treated disrespectfully and given the runaround. They also did not lift the garnishment at my job. These people are theives plain and simple. Even if you pay in full, they will continue to take your money.

Garnishment paid still getting garnished all i hear is we will refund thw money but when???

These are junk debt collectors and will do anything for 50 - 500 dollar debts. They came after me for time barred debt that was past the statutes of limitations.
