This was a very positive experience for me in many ways.

I had brain cancer which left me visually impaired and left me with other physical challenges. I went to Cuddigan on several recommendations. I met with Tim and he took case and we filled out all of the paperwork. About three months went by, and I was denied disability. Went back in and met with Joy and filled out more paperwork and was told to talk to my doctors about writing a letter for my appeal, doctors agreed to do so. Three months pass again and I was denied again. Was told by staff to quit my 12/hr a week job and quit school because it "would look better for disability". I started doing some of my own investigating and it turns out Cuddigan never got any info from my doctors. I called and asked Joy why no info was sent and she said it is their policy not to get that stuff until it goes to hearing. Now that seems not to make sense, why would you not want to send evidence in until a client has waited over two years to get resolution? Well Cuddigan and his ilk are paid a percentage of your back pay under federal statute, and are capped at a max of $6000. If they get your case resolved quickly they don't make any money, but by dragging it out for years it assures them of collecting the max. It is all a numbers game to them. Get as many n the door, make them wait as long as possible, instruct clients to game system by not trying to help themselves through minimal work or school, and hope the batting average in the end is high enough to turn a tidy profit. The office acts in unethical ways and does not care about the clients only the end game of a fat check after a long wait. There is a reason they advertise on trash tv shows, because they are trying to get as many low educated desperate people through the doors as they can to put into the system. As soon as I caught on to their scheme I fired the firm and hired a reputable lawyer. Update. I noticed how Tim is quick to claim it is SS fault for denying claims and I misunderstood the success rate. How about not offering any evidence to lessen that 88% failure rate? What about having employees tell clients not to work and not to help themselves so it looks better? If the firm had done it's job I suspect we may be in a different place by now

I would recommend this firm to anyone who wants the job done right. They actually listen and give honest and helpful legal advice.

Several years ago, I filed a claim with the VA that was denied because I had not included proof that I was currently receiving treatment for the issue. I did not follow through with providing the requested documentation. I decided to revisit the issue about 6 months ago. I decided to use Cuddigan Law after find them online. An assistant contacted me and asked me lots of questions about existing issues that might have been related to my service in the Air Force. Then, I spoke with Sean Cuddigan. He not only submitted me for the original issue, but he recommended that I file for a couple of other health issues that I had not even considered. His office handled pretty much everything for me. All I had to do was fill out some paperwork and help get medical records. Two of the claims he submitted were approved within 6 months. His office did an excellent and thorough job resulting in an outstanding result for me and my family. I highly recommend that you consider using his office if you think you have an ongoing health issue in any way related to your military service. Because of a change in VA regulations around the time that he submitted my claim, he was actually not eligible to receive any compensation for doing the work on my claim. My wife and I thought it was appropriate to pay him because his work resulted in such a good result for us, but he refused any payment from us. I even offered to send him a "tip" for his work, but he said he would not be able to sleep at night if we did so. His ethics are impeccable and we highly recommend Cuddigan Law for your VA claim!

I was discharged from the military Feb 1, 2016, with what I thought was full entitlements. Like so many other service men & women, I listened to all of the self appointed sea lawyers as I went thru the retirement process.. However I was misinformed, I used the available free agencies to file my VA disability claims and found them to be lacking. They wanted to help but the competency and experience you need can only be provided by professionals. That is what Cuddigan Law Practice provided, " A Professional Solution",. I worked with services that are free and got to the end of my timeline to appeal after 3 requests for a review and decided I was gambling on to much for my family and me. I got a hold of Sean Cuddigan approx March 1, 2018 and within 2 weeks my percentage of disability and service connection recognition was corrected to the right percentage and recognized as service connected. I went from 90% disability to 100% disability, that fast. Mid may I received some back pay and my 1st 100% VA compensation check June 1, 2018. I was in disbelief, what I patiently waited 18 mths for with the free services provided for me from some very well intentioned people and their organizations just about lost my family and me the benefits that I am entitled to. The old sayings everyone knows rings true here if you want to fix a sink call a plumber, if you want to fix a car call a good mechanic. If you have a beauacracy and administrative problem with the giants of these structures, the (VA & DOD), get a professional get a lawyer, call the professionals at Cuddigan Law firm and I guaranty you'll get that professional help that you must have when you need it.
