He was horrible. In the court room he was nervous, he was shaking, couldn’t stop clicking his pen. He did NOT have my husbands best interest, he actually damaged him in the courtroom! Absolutely worthless! Dont waste your time!

Patrick is a great attorney. His rates are so much lower than most attorneys. He won't tell you what you want to hear, instead, he is straight forward and honest with you.

Patrick Payton doesn't like to pay for services rendered, however I'm sure he bills his clients and expects a payment. If you plan on doing business with him, I would strongly advise you to request prepayment. Any attorney worth his own salt wouldn't have a problem paying for services rendered, except this scum bag.
