I would like to share my bad experience with benzoni law office.I had an adjustment of status immigration case.I requested an appointment and then a couple days later i visited them at their office.I interviewed with Mr Benzoni and his assistant(i don't know her name). Everything was okay at the first meeting.I told them about my case and they told me what should we do.They offered me $3500 for my case with $1500 application fee included.This offer was acceptable for me and i never bargained them for a price.On the first day i paid $100 for the first consultation and a $700 deposit of the $3500.They got all my documents for review.A couple days later they sent me a letter that i must complete some documents as soon as possible and return to them for appeal.I completed all the documents and visited them.I interviewed Benzoni's assistant;she checked all my documents and then asked me a couple of questions.After that i don't know what the matter was she insulted me.Her question was super basic,she just asked me "does your wife live with you?" and i said yes and then she said "don't say that again shut up"and she yelled at me.
The second disappointment; a couple minutes later she said i must show joint account proof.I said i already gave you a joint check book and then she listlessly said "do whatever you want" and threw the check book in the table.Of course i decided not to work with them.Normally i should complain to her office manager but i didn't.I prepared my documents myself then i sent them to immigration.
The third disappointment; Yesterday(after 3 months) they sent me my invoice.They charged me $135 for "call to the client-left message,letter to client" and $525 for the INTERVIEW!!! at which she insulted me.I didn't have a good experience with them,they ripped me off.Sincerely.
