After a near death experience, I contacted this firm. After speaking once with a wonderful lady who answered the phone, I spoke briefly with a rookie attorney who informed me he would chat with attorneys in the firm and get back with me. Weeks passed, no calls. I called again and left a message. Apparently my life was not important to warrant a return phone call. REALLY? I WILL NEVER CALL THIS FIRM AGAIN!!!!
