The best lawyer in DesMoines and surrounding area!! I refer him to everyone! Rj took on my case the night before trial and I couldn’t have been happier with his results!! Great guy, knows his stuff, hands down!

RJ is a rip out. I had my fiance withdrawn from him because his contract wasn't what I talked to him about. He made my fiances court date out 6 months so he could receive more money from us. He says he charges 250 dollars an hour but that was totally wrong. I called him and spoke with him about the contract that him and my fiance had and when we got the billing he charged 331 for less than a hour conference call. Also charged 220 for 9 minute conversation that he had with me and put 30 mins on the billing receipt. Which some more charges for 220 dollars for withdrawning from him. Replying to my responds from them: it is accurate, very. Okay they may not do the scheduling, which i dont think i beleive that never. So the way you guys respond is to say we are lieing. If i could post the billing receipt i would!!!

I just did the consultation but they were courteous and really helped me feel better overall

Good luck doing business with this firm. For one they don't even answer their phones when you call them and Lawyers back out last minute and leave you high and dry to avoid actually representing their clients in court and doing the real work. One of the lawyers did in fact work for the law firm as the owner denied in the previous comment since he is in fact listed under it and the only number you can reach him is the RJ Hudson law firm office number if you can actually reach any of them and schedule an appointment with the receptionist on the phone. It's unfortunate to conduct business this way and back out on your clients. Also make sure you do your own research on your lawyers and do background checks on them because this particular lawyer didn't have a swell background either. Also, writing a bad review is not harassment when it's the truth and the truth should be told so others don't make the same mistake in hiring lying lawyers.

Don't trust this guy he puts the mi in stigma he puts the impotent in incompetent he also has a partner Justin Anthony Montello rj Hudson is the snake and Justin a Montello is the weasel together they practice for the ultimate devious goal in scamming whoever they can scam for their own personal gain i guess you and I already know this is what so called lawyers do and it is no surprise but please beware of these two fools I'm just speaking from the experience I had with them i can't speak for everyone but yeah this firm puts the i in lies and the turds in basturds I lost a great deal of money with them and I have to fight and deal with another firm to see if I can possibly recover please pray for me and to you i say good luck and hope you come out well I don't know if it would do you any good but maybe try to contact the Iowa bar association and possibly the better business Bureau to get more information on this firm that is right rj harassing bad business why would I post anything if I wasn't a client i just caught you in another lie hmm and he is right i did have a previous post and erased it because the other lawyer in question Justin Montello called me and said that was not fair and reassured me that he would take my case and shortly after sent me promisary letter saying that it is a go about 2 weeks later I received letter in the mail with all the information about the case and a note saying he wasn't going to do the case I thought wow another slap in the face lie and left me hanging that is why I took down my first post and then reinstated it so believe who you want to if rj Hudson wants to argue and tell more lies then bring it on because I have no fear truth trumps evil I'm not saying that you or your firm is totally evil but your headed in that direction and yes I do have quite a few other posts out there but there is also a lot of bad business out there and believe me I'm not the only one who reveals bad business so if anyone doesn't like bad reviews don't do bad business pretty simple huh
