By far the worst compulsive liers, rudest people I have ever talked to. Matt is a huge compulsive liers and they all stick together with there lies. I sent a money order for more money then they asked for and they then would not garnish my wages. Total lie I found out today by calling the liers they are go8ng yo garnish when I called to set up a pmt arrangement. Matt tells you he is the owned and that there is no one else. Truth be known he is a nobody Curtis is the owner. I gave them my debit number. They say they don't have it. Really ?? Who does??? Whatever you do DO NOT trust anything anyone at this office tells you DO NOT give out personal info to them you have no idea where it ends up or with who. I had to cancel my debit card because of these liers. BEWARE. Of this company and all employees.

I've not had any trouble. My situation could've been ugly but it didn't have to. I chose to be a bigger person, accept the bill, and pay it. I'm not done and I have hiccups; however, I've found if you approach them respectfully and honestly it sure makes things easier.

Completely define why lawyers are sharks. Collecting very minor debt from nearly 10 years ago. Court cost has doubled the amount. Just plain ignorant, desperate and bored.

Nobody really wants to deal with an old debt but they are amazing to work with! Very understanding and reasonable when it comes to a payment arrangement.

Nobody loves having to pay an overdue bill but I went in and without judgement got it handled so I wouldn't have to file a claim. They were also polite on the phone about how to give them payment and answered questions I had to the best of their ability.
