Useless scam! Consultations are always free, you dont need to pay a membership for that! And if you do end up needing legal services then ALL in network attorneys will tell you that nothing is covered and you need to pay 100% of the fees upfront!!! Even worse with out of network, dont even think about wasting your money with this membership.

I love this service. I've used it for juvenile law, family law, and commercial law. I love the lawyer I found through this service and only use their office for my legal needs. I called for assistance with a minor traffic ticket with a court appearance scheduled in Moreno Valley, CA.

I first spoke w/ a helpful phone attorney who suggested I use my ARAG benefits to find an attorney to appear in court on my behalf, so that I wouldn't have to miss work time. The availability of phone attorneys alone makes ARAG a worthwhile benefit.

Initially the lists I received from ARAG showed a few offices in the Riverside area only, and I was frustrated when the receptionists at some offices took my name and CaseAssist Confirmation #, only to have someone else from the office call back and advise of fees such as $150 above what my plan covered, for "travel and photocopying."

I requested other coverage areas from ARAG in order to have a broader list of attorneys and a better chance of finding an attorney who could and would take my case.
I am happy to have made that request, since I was led to an office located in Rancho Cucamonga, but the attorney was willing to travel to Moreno Valley with no additional fees!
I am so pleased with the smooth handling of my case, from the ease of communication with the attorney and his office, to his appearance and negotiation in court on my behalf!

Since this was my first time using ARAG Legal, I have communicated my satisfaction with this attorney office to ARAG, as well as recommended his office to my coworkers who also have ARAG, should a need arise.

Used to be good, now AWFUL, customer service ran me around with referrals to lawyer, never returned calls of follow up, now they want to change terms of billing on exisisting issue which turened because of them. Getting my own attorney to sue AARG for negelance if I don't get a new to help at AARG cost because it's the call center fault. Dumped in call center vm six times buy rude reps. No more after this, AARG, you are gonna pay!!!!

I live in the Dallas metroplex and there are NO in-network attorneys. Leaving me to still pay-out to the attorneys listed for a slight discount upfront. This service was useless.

Awesome place to work

I just tried to help my client, who is a member of ARAG and the customer service person, Julie, just called me a pest and hung up on me.

Not great Customer support, and a poor face , or voice, to put out there for your business.

Fraudulent service. Their lawyers don't honor their agreements, claim they don't get paid by ARAG and ARAG continues billing you for years after you cancel it. Stay away from this company.

I have a good experience with the Legal Insurance (in Holland). A minor case was very professionally solved.
