When I initially contacted the Miller Law Firm back in January 2013, I was buried in debt, experiencing infinite amounts of stress and sleepless nights. In short, I didn't think there was a way to improve the financial situation I was in.

Unless you want a dishonest attorney who blatantly lied about being paid in full and then goes in to add thousands in fees without the client being made aware of, them stay AWAY from this crook. He has done this to other clients in the past and we will be seeking a class action lawsuit against Miller.
Im preparing my formal complaint to the Iowa Board, I am contacting the IRS tomorrow to lodge a complaint about his fraudulent ways. He “claims” to be a “tax” attorney, I believe with due diligence, the IRS, and State Bar will be reprimanding Miller for his unethical and falsified attorney fees submitted to the courts.
Any REASONABLY intelligent person knows, if the fees were valid, after the client learns of them and confronts the dishonest attorney, the so called attorney would not immediately call the trustee to RESCIND ALL of the falsified attorney fees. A scared attorney who knows he has been caught stealing and with mens rea will try and “FIX” the fraud, as the truth always comes to light.
What is most despicable and abhorrent of Mr. Miller is that he took an OATH to properly represent struggling families from debts that sometimes through no fault of their own, lies and cheats to line his pockets. Did it ever cross this mans mind, a mans wife is battling cancer and has over $240,900 in medical bills trying to stay alive and be here for her children? Did it ever cross his mind that a 10 year old beautiful girl was being bullied at school about her crowding teeth, and has become utterly depressed.
The money that was allocated to pay for her braces, the money that could have taken care of the CREDITORS, should have been applied to both! Not you, exclaiming you’ve received no payment. Sir, we were in your back room with our two daughters looking at YOU, as you gladly smiled and ACCEPTED our payment for your attorney cost PLUS THE $299 filing fee.
Shame on you Mr. Miller, my persistence is fueled by making sure you NEVER EVER take from another IOWA FAMILY AGAIN, for your greed! It absolutely disgusts me that we hired you. You have no morals, you lack in judgment, and you messed with the wrong family sir.
We will take care of our situation, but I promise to spend an ungodly amount of time to ensuring that you are watched if not disbarred for your abhorrent behavior. It is so beyond egregious of what you’ve done to my family, and I am going to find any other persons in the State of Iowa who should SERIOUSLY go and look over their plan payments. You will MORE than likely find false fees applied against your account.
So for the past 15 months, no creditor and the State which was ENTITLED to the money you pocketed, received a penny. Sir, little did you know my family is heavily indocturined with the DOJ. You made a MONSTROUS mistake. I will not stop until you are held accountable by a court of law.
Of NOTE: ANY person who feels that Miller has charged falsified fees may contact me to discuss the impending lawsuit.
Also: I am not being malicious, I am simply not ever going to allow a person to wrongfully gain from a terrible hardship my family or ANY family is contending with.
