I hired this attorney when he was employed with McEnroe law firm, this is the the worse attorney I have had represent me, this man lied said he was a landlord tenant attorney I gave him 1000.00 flat fee and this man said it was a simple case .he got into court allowed the tenant to lie under oath and when I pointed out we have evidence that she was not creditable, he refused to enter my evidence so the judge could see she was lieing..which cause me to lose my case and walk away with a 8000.00 judgement against me after we lost I asked now what and he didnt know what to do next so he found me another attorney to do the appeal which cause me 500.00 and 700.00 for transcripts..once she went over documents that I gave James she even said ..you would of had a different out come if he had of just presented your evidence..so I ended up losing the appeal..I contacted 2 more attorney sent them all my evidence that I gave James and they also agreed this man misrepresented me and dont want to take responsibility for the mess he has caused..so I wouldnt recommend this man to represent my dog and McEnroe law firm there know better they know this man messed up and they refuse to help me resolved this matter ...instead they send me a letter and lie that James Sheets has moved out the country when all along he opened up his own law firm..I wonder how many people have he misrepresented to get the money to open his own law firm Im warning everyone Do not mess with this attorney
