Wouldn't give her a star at all if it didn't require one. She waited til day before hearing to return a call, had none of the trial information for my case and I still have seen it. She is someone you should not trust with anything legal you need handled.

Shireen did not return my call or text until the day before court, contact was initiated 11 days prior to court date. When asked if she could help with a civil penalty issue she claimed to know nothing about it. I was directed to ask her by DHS. Also was late for court, they even called her!
