This firm is a joke. I paid then there fees. For shoulder ticket in Iowa. He didn’t appear on my court date. I have been calling them since then. No call back. Or a single reply. Don’t waste your money. Go somewhere else unless you wanna lose your license.

This law firm is a joke, Mark Critelli is either incapable of wining the simplest easiest case or he is working for the prosecution, honestly you’re better off representing yourself then giving a chance to this clowns

I’m upset result his job, cannot dismiss my case, paid them 700$ and paid a fine. And they never contact with me.

Very UNPROFFESIONAL. Horrible at communicating and very rude over the phone! Called us the day before at 4pm to let us know about the trial that was happening the following day at 9am. The court was 3 hours away from us, and to find out after getting there that he called that morning and pleaded my dad to be guilty for his ticket. Mark did not even have the decency to call or anything. I would not recommend. 0/10.

He postponed my case because he wasn't prepared resulting in a loss of income. I paid in full $1,000 two weeks before my initial court date and I called a few days before because I hadn't heard from him he didn't know he was representing me and he postponed my case. After postponing for a month and a half in the meantime calling trying to discuss his plan of action with no response he calls me up the day before my case and tells me based off of what I think, he thinks I should plead guilty. What I think! That's what I payed him for. I could have reached that conclusion with the DA myself. He postponed creating a loss of income, did not represent me in court, would not return my phone calls, and ultimately told me to plead guilty to my ticket. What he did was unethical. You can't just take sometimes money and do nothing for them, worse than doing nothing he was rude when I did talk to him, ignored me, caused loss of income. His office didn't even send me the paperwork to pay my fine.

Do not give these lawyers any money up front or open any escrow accounts they may suggests. they will hold your funds. I dealt with Mark and Karen Moon at this company. Mark has promised 12 months ago that he will look in to this, but still has not hear from him
