Horrible! I needed real help in a workman's comp case and contacted R & N. It started out good but when the lawyer contacted me, he apparently wasn't listening and have me paperwork to sign that was inaccurate. I tried calling, left a message and was never called back! Absolutely horrible behavior for a lawyer that supposedly works for the people!
