I am a family law attorney in Davenport, Iowa. I do not handle criminal cases. I rarely practice in Johnson County. My son got in some trouble when he was visiting friends at the University of Iowa. Tom was able to get the case dismissed. He responded quickly to our many questions, he helped my son understand the process (especially with his Driver’s License) and made sure John was where he needed to be when he needed to be there. I was extremely panicked when I contacted Tim and Tim at Farnsworth Law regarding an out-of-state traffic ticket issue that became a very serious issue for me. Tom came up with a possible way to get the problem resolved at very little cost, was able to find a lawyer in that state who could get the ticket reduced such that it is no longer a problem!
