Five stars is not enough! A few years back, I trusted her to help me with custody of my children. Melody not only to helped me, but she looked out for the best interest of my children. I would recommend her to anyone seeking legal advice. She excels at calming fears through her knowledge and direct interpretations of the law. It is because of her, I have my children 50% of the time. If you listen to her, and follow her advise she will fiercely defend you. I wouldn't want anyone else in my legal corner besides her!

To those saying Melody is rude, you know who you are. I was standing right next to her when you walked in. You know you are wrong, you don't walk into an attorney's office to "just ask a question" and expect free legal advice. Make an appointment like the rest of us. You are not special or privileged. If you want some seedy, unethical attorney go somewhere else.

To anyone reading this, Melody is for you if you are looking for serious legal advise and a caring compassionate attorney who will defend you to the best of her ability. Her heart is a heart of gold. Kindness, compassion, justice and equality are only a few of the words I would use to describe Melody Butz.

She is not a pleasant person at all. Very rude and disrespectful. I am actually very surprised she has ANY good reviews just based on how she treated my family today when we walked in she immediately stopped us and told us to leave. Zero customer service skills.

Talked to a friend who used her services. She will only accept cash and is very rude and demeaning. Files paperwork late and won't refund any money after screwing up stuff.

To people saying she is rude and what not .... I interviewed with this woman for a job a year or so ago .... she was awesome to meet with. Yes...she is a no nonsense attorney....Isn't that what you WANT in an attorney?? I would . To those saying mean things about her ... buzz off!!! You all should check yourselves before you wreck yourselves .... oops ... too late. She was kind, professional, the job interview never felt like an interview. If I needed her for any case .... I'd call her in an instant. She told me she fights like no other for custody cases, like the man from 11 months ago said. I bet she does. She was very down to earth, respectful, but yes.... to the point ... but again... that is what you should want in an attorney. You really want some weak minded pansy fighting for you? Go find them .. they are out there...but Attorney Melody Butz is NOT that woman or attorney. She is a strong woman and an even stronger attorney from what I heard. Take 'em by storm, Attorney Butz!! Melody helped re-write my Will, Power of Attorney, and Trust documents. She is very efficient, knowledgeable and conscientious. She is one of the most caring and competent lawyers I have worked with.
