While the process took a very long time ( no thanks to the government stalling) we finally won my case. Eric Bigley is kind,knowledgeable lawyer i felt very comfortable with him.The paralegal team is also a major comfort as well when i was unable to speak with Eric they answered all of my questions and were amazing at helping me.

I had filed a Social Security Disability claim for my son several years ago and it was denied. We hired the Hoefer Law Firm and Ross T. Andrews was assigned as our lawyer. He and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The claim was approved in a little over six months after being filed and our son has received his back benefits for a one year period. He now is receiving his monthly disability payments via direct deposit. I wish we had refiled sooner because our son could have had almost an additional three years of payments. The total bill that we received from the Hoefer Law Firm for admistrative fees was for less than $5.00. The contingency fee they earned (that was deducted from his back pay) was well worth every penny of it.

I gave them one star only because I had to in order to leave my review. I was not very impressed with this firm, because they did nothing on my case for disability other than look over my information and agree to be my attorney. I mailed my new application for disability and the letter assigning Eric as my attorney on the same day, and believe it or not I was finally approved. So since I had signed that paper, my attorney received almost $2500 for doing nothing. Then maybe about 4 months later, I get a bill in the mail from them for 2.53, approximately I know it was two dollars and some change. I believe it was for making copies. Seriously? When I got that letter, I couldn't believe it. I called my attorney to question this and he claimed it was for work done on the case before, i assure you other than looking over my past case information to decide whether or not to take my case, there was no work done by him.

Very nice staff. Clean and professional. After talking with them for a short time I was happy to hire them as my attorneys.
