They kept me out of trouble with speeding tickets! Hopefully I don't need them anytime soon, but they would be my first choice if I did!

I went in for a free consultation with low expectations. I was imagining they would ask me a few questions and tell me if I had a case I could reasonably take to court (which wasn't my actual question/goal). Well, none of that happened at all. Bob Jr did a very thorough interview asking me many questions and exploring the options I had. He told me what he would advise the other party if he were representing them and provided counter-advise to me based on those scenarios. With all that being said, it is unlikely I will need their representation at this time. That makes me regard them that much more for the VERY generous hour Bob jr gave me of his time. I highly recommend them for thorough and direct legal advice. I know I will be returning if I ever have another legal issue or law-related concern.

I had an employment law discrimination, harassment, retaliation case against my former employer. I initially met with one of their attorney’s and was advised to go to the EEOC to file charges for retaliation against my employer. He also told me if I wasn’t satisfied with the outcome of the EEOC “investigation” to come back & they would take things from there because I “definitely had a really good case”. (My former employer low balled me in mediation, so I refused their offer)

Long story short..... I received a letter in the mail telling me their firm wouldn’t take on my case & didn’t offer an explanation. I’m sure it’s because my former employer is a huge local employer & the law firm didn’t want to burn bridges. Needless to say I’m extremely disappointed.

I highly recommend this law firm. They are very knowledgeable and experienced. They are reassuring and helpful and always available. I've had a few attorneys throughout my life but this is by far one of the best experiences with attorney's I've ever had. Gallagher Millage & Gallagher you guys rock.
