We have come to learn that if a schedule had been established between parents over the course of 6 months that what has happened is often times mothers will feel that their child support is threatened and will withhold visitation and the courts have made out to stop this form happening to the children.

This is our story, we had my husbands kids for YEARS more then half the time. And when his ex wife learned that we were going to take her to court for 50/50 custody she ripped her kids from us, broke their hearts and Art told my husband that if he can’t afford to take his kids AND pay child support then he just shouldn’t take them. That if he decides to pursue this all he’s doing is taking support away from
them at their mothers house.

Finding out that not only did we have every right and grounds to establish the scedule we had for YEARS was totally ruined by this man is horrifying. There’s literally nothing we can do a year and a half later. I would highly recommend you NOT hire this man if you’re a father seeking equality for you and your children. He’s clearly in favor of protecting mothers, something I also heard from a similar story involving Art giving another father similar advice. Thanks for ruining that for us and our kids.

I would like to start off by saying Art will promise you the world and you will look like a clown he is when you get into court. I recently hired Art because his Father must of created a descent law firm and he is riding on the coat tails of it. He constantly talks down to his clients, he must forget that his clients pay him and he works for you not the exact opposite, Art does the minimal work possible and wants the most money in return, if you are looking for someone in family law, Art is not the way to go you will find yourself in our exact position, hiring a new attorney!!! One word to explain Art. "Joke"

I used Arthur in the past for child Custody/ support case. He was wonderful to work with. Arthur is very straight to the point and will not beat around the bush. Tells you very much how things are, will give advice on options, and is very approachable.
