Too true, that they hang up on people. Their expertise is limited. Carol actually referred me to the "real" lawyers with the same business name, in the same area. Gretchen the owner of the business was very unhelpful and condescending. And after talking to real lawyers and their assistants over the phone, I'm adamant in believing Gretchen has no law degree. Even though they're Google website advertisers themselves as "lawyers", which I screenshotted. I have contacted the BBB, over their blatant false advertisement. I hope it is a crime and there's a steep fine.
I'm going to thoroughly follow up this complaint with BBB on this company.
Furthermore, there's no doubt in my mind this company won't exist in 10 years time.
