Very disrespectful and intimidating to my elderly father. After my mother passed my father made an appointment to change his will..before my father got to his appointment Courtney had his papers gathered and sealed in an envelope accusing my family of coercing him into doing so whom he did not know. Hurried my father out as fast as possible because he was guilty knowing he didn't explain any details to him before signing papers.
