Wouldn't let me explain for a friend who is in jail

Very informative staff, but the 1st appt was 2 weeks away! Prices were VERY reasonable, wish I could've waited 2 weeks, another attorney was 3 times as much but I had NO choice!!

All this guy had to do was contact city officials and municipalities along with witnesses that I was in another state and could not have committed the crime I was accused of. I was in illinois 5 days. Instead none of the assets of my case were contacted. I was disabled in a non disabled jail innocent but with an attorney I saw maybe 45 mins the total 7 months in jail. I sent him several letters to try and arrange my things to be put in storage and he wrote me back asking me what I needed and he never followed through.. I lost everything I had. Pictures of my mother and grandmother that have passed. Worst of all my videos of my son growing up.
This attorney made a plea deal after I was diagnosed as type 2 diabetic after 20 years of avoiding it the jail diet turned me into one. This guy never even showed me evidence against me. I never had evidence disclosure ....
In short.... Paul plays the systems game and you are just a pawn. I would never recommend this inept person and I have several friends at the ARDC that heard my story and are assisting me in a case right now against him and his actions and lack of action on my case and violating parts of due processes. I have called him but he never returns my call... I'm sure he'll answer for a Barr call though... right paul? God bless you Paul cause I'm sure he will. If I had my way I'd keep you in jail and take some health and belongings from you... to bad

Clients not shown evidence against them. Clients made to play a waiting game and never see evidence against them. Lawyer Paul.. never contacted any of the assets to the proving of the clients case and whereabouts so case could be dismissed. Instead the lawyer offered a plea deal and was not shown evidence but pleaded because of no disabled access in jail and food offered as diet had damaged the person's health enough that anything was better than jail. Due process violations and unethical behavior by attorney. Not over yet. Stay tuned

Paul is a incredible attorney. He recently helped me thru a domestic situation. During the whole process he was very supportive. He went above & beyond to ease my mind and walk me thru the process step by step. His staff was wonderful. I would highly recommend Paul for any traffic, domestic, or criminal case.
