I have been litigating a case as an adversary party against Paul Osborn since 2017. Paul originally filed the case intentionally in the wrong venue and jurisdiction (Whiteside County) in which I filed a Motion for Dismissal and was granted. Paul refiled the case in Lee and has been a nightmare to work with ever since. He has misled the Court and requested adverse rulings in my absence despite previous agreements. It's of my opinion that he is very unethical and should be reprimanded, in which I am seeking against him.
