Very unpleasant and unprofessional Robert Steele was no hand shake no eye contact he wouldn't even let you finish speaking he was a very abrasive and angry man. I can see why your review says RIPP off!

I really wish I could do a half star. The front office staff is terribly rude and has no idea how to handle accounts. I attempted to call and settle an account and the woman couldn't have cared less with what I was saying. The woman proceeded to hang up on me and not let me finish my sentence. Had to call back and ask to speak with an attorney to handle anything. This office has no respect for anyone trying to legitimately pay off collections accounts. It is unbelievable that they are allowed to operate like this and treat people so terribly.
