Mertes & Mertes represented me form my mothers guardianship and did a fantastic job.

I went to get assistance for my husband and they have yet to handle what needed to be handled and created more issues...If something co concerns an issue with our finances then that means you should handle things appropiatly with us about our finances and that was not the case...Took 6 months to get paperwork that we should have had for tax filing purooses and the lawyer failed to get that to us..6 months after I had to call for it. 1 year later I'm having to take the issue back to court...Very unsatisfied with lawyer we ended up with and will never use this firm again.....

Contacted them for a consultation, they got back with me very quickly and gave me an honest appraisal of my options. I ultimately didn't hire them, but would definitely consider them if I need representation in the area again.
