I had a recent arrest for DUI in the northwest suburbs. My family lawyer recommended Irving Seidler who is an attorney in Schaumburg, Il. I met with him for an evaluation of my case. He recommended we get the police reports and video. He was able to obtain them before the court date. We reviewed them and he was not in agreement with the police reports based on the video. He pointed out a technical problem with the case and told me we were to plead not guilty. At court and after discussions with the prosecutor he was able to get my DUI dismissed and I was not to have any suspension of my driving privileges. He did a wonderful job in representing me. Worse law firm ever, unprofessional always end up talking to the secretary, no updates withdrew from case without proper notice and lies to clients and court , enables allianation , money hungry. Promises are never kept , really good at dragging a case for more cash ..my results were better without them , I ended in a better outcome without been bankrupt and Mr Robert has the nerve to blame the system Instead of taking accountability. Dont think such firm deserves to be in business.. sucks that I cant see my child due to allianation and this firm didnt protect my rights nor my child's right to both parents ...hope you have a good memory of my case , my family will always remember that type of aid you promised and yet I lost my child ...this is the outcome of my case ..I done my research I have a pretty good idea that this firm is from the state meaning it's not private and will work against you..in my opinion my pro se motions were more articulate than this ancient firm..

After getting a DUI in January, I had met with several different highly recommended lawyers and my instincts told me to go with Irving Seidler. My instincts did not let me down and neither did Irv. I knew I needed someone who would fight for me and I was going to take this all way to trial if needed. Irv reviewed every inch of this case and told me he would not plea me out. After months of continuances and multiple continuances the day for the trial had come. Just moments before the trial was to start, Irv met with the prosecutor and Judge after he found a key mistake made by the arresting state trooper. The officer misrepresented the law by essentially lying scaring me into doing a field sobriety test. From this the judge agreed to have this charged dropped and no trial was necessary. If you want the best lawyer that will fight for you every step this is the firm to go with. In the end I was charged up front and never had to pay any additional or unexpected fees along the way for continuances or potential trial or the meetings to prepare for trial.
