Got in trouble. Had to get an attorney. I did a google search and Tomczak's firm came up. I went to them because they were available on a Saturday. I was informed that if I hired the firm I would get all three attorneys on my case. I was also told up front that they couldn't guarantee which one would be on my case due to new client's retaining and where each attorney needed to be. I see all these other people complaining about not knowing who was going to be there, as long as your attorney's office shows and does what you pay them for I don't understand why the are complaining. I gave them five stars because of their support staff, they are wonderful! Always polite on the phone and helpful in answering your questions.

There is no other firm like this firm. I have never had any business pick up every time I call, address my needs, get me in quickly to meet with them and deliver the results I wanted. I was blown away by the performance of my attorneys and the job that they did for me. If you need a lawyer, these are the guys to call if you want to walk away happy. Five starts isn't even enough.

Very disappointed with Jeff and his assistant Bob Bodach. I hired Jeff based on his experience as a prosecutor and he let me down in the worse way. Jeff advised me to plead guilty to a three count felony with four years of probation. I fired him and hired another firm in Joliet who got my felonies reduced to misdemeanors and worked out an amazing deal for me which lets me know that I should have received the same results with someone who is a former prosecutor himself. Bob bodach was very rude and even accused me of recording him during one of our meetings. Why would I record him if we were on the same team? Clearly we were not. It’s very sad that I paid a steep fee and it was money wasted. Please do your research before hiring this firm.

DO NOT HIRE! About 2 years ago I caught a case, I received a lot of letters in the mail from different lawyers. I chose Tomczak Law Group because he claimed he had all this past experience. I called and set up a meeting. The first day Tomczak sat with me and made it look like he was the best lawyer out there and had all these connections. So I hired him and paid him a ridiculous amount thinking he can really help me....BS! Every court date he never showed up, he always sent one of his two lawyers to represent me. They never called me to let me know what’s going on with my case, even when it came close to the “trial date”. Their so called “best plead deal” was 2 years of supervision and 2 years of probation + public service hours + ridiculously fines/costs+ JAIL TIME (crazy right?) anddd a couple other things! Honestly hiring them was one of the worst mistakes I made! The ONLY good thing they did was make my petty felony into a misdemeanor which ANY of my past lawyers could of done or any lawyer out there! They act like they care, but they don’t! They just want your money and it seems like they’re on the courts side more than yours! There’s so many lawyers out there, so do your research before you end up paying triple the money like I did! Shame on Tomczak’s Law Group!!!

Search for an ethical lawyer elsewhere for legal representation. I read the "owner review" trial means a payout for him, nothing more.

The Tomczak Law Group was the best decision I made after being in a very bad and desperate situation this firm guided me through to the best results possible and I'm very happy to have dealt with this group the two attorneys that I worked with were professional and personal to my needs which was a difficult and tough situation made easy by this firm......I would recommend them to anyone that needed good legal advice or representation in the court system.

I dont know about all these one star cry babies on here I had nothing but a great experience all the way around hiring this law firm. They showed me nothing but respect, kindness and professionalism from the jump the secretaries to the lawyer's. They also never beat around the Bush with any part of my case they always made sure I knew what was going on and what would most likely happen next. Robert is extremely down to earth lawyer and he is very experienced and was nothing but honest with me from day one. He definitely got the job done for me and he accomplished exactly what I was hoping for. He got every charge of mine dropped starting with a driving on a revoked, fleeing the scene of the accident because I left my vehicle, no proof of insurance and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. I would definitely rehire Robert and his firm again and again. If and when I need another lawyer I'll will definitely do so. I suggest seeing for yourself though and going off your own gut not listening to people that rate everything 1 star everytime there not 100% satisfied. They're the type of people that are mad at the world and are damn near impossible to please from the get go.

This is a wonderful law firm. Definitely worth the money. They are all individually very kind and down to earth people. The laywers and secretaries are all wonderful to be around. They know what they are doing when it comes to cases. I had a DUI and my lawyer patty was able to get me a few extensions when need be on fines and class dates. She also was able to get it down to a suspension not a conviction. She is a very hard working lawyer and is a very wise and kind person. She is very knowledgeable, classy, and honest about the personality of most judges and what they are about. Her boss jeff is a very polite and kind guy. They are not stick in the mud uptight people and make you feel very comfortable as well as do a good job representing you. Anyone who has anything negative to say about anyone that is a part of this law firm is probably just a loser that wants life handed to them and will keep most likely keep getting in trouble. This law firm is a godsend. And i really appreciate their hard work and personalities. Choose tomczak. :)

We hired Jeff Tomczak and his Law Group. He told us about all his past accomplishments. Jeff assured us that we made a wise choice in choosing "The BEST Law Group in Will County" . After initially talking about the case, he said it would be an open and close case. He told me that HE would be the one working my case, however 3 months later, still no Tomczak. Instead, he sent one of his other attorneys, Bob Bodack. I called the office three times, left messages, and received no calls back. I finally got a call back from Jeff, because I stopped making payments. I did not want to hire the other attorneys at the law firm, I wanted Jeff. He said that all of the attorneys were his lawyers, and whoever was available would take the case. Due to Jeff's reputation, he was the one I wanted. However, Jeff no longer seems to want to take on cases, and just wants to take money for work poorly done. I did not hire Bob Bodack. I have never seen anything about Mr. Bodack, and would not have hired him if that was who I initially spoke with. He showed up late to every court date, had no information or knowledge of my case, and overall just did NOT have the confidence you would expect from a lawyer working for "The BEST Law Group in Will County". After I realized that Tomczak could not care less, I decided I no longer needed his law firm's services. DO YOUR RESEARCH. After making my decision, I found an awesome, young lawyer out of St. Charles, whom I am very pleased with.
PS. We had to leave a star in order to leave a review. So, I guess we will leave one star for his initial presentation, because he had us fooled.

DO NOT HIRE TOMCZAK LAW GROUP UNLESD YOU WANT TO STAY IN JAIL OR TAKE A PLEA DEAL. THEY ARE THE MASTERS AT BLEED THEM AND PLEA THEM. Bleed them and plea them means they will charge you a large amount of money to represent you just to make you take a plea deal and not work your case at all. The five star rating that they have must be paid reviews or their family members. I have dealt with Tomczak and Law Group personally. I had a family member hire them to represent them. If you request them to come see you in the Will County Jail they will never come only talk to you in court for 3-5 minutes. I watched them for months come to court unprepared,late, and every question you ask them about the case they don't know. I don't understand how you come to court and are unprepared to represent your client. They never put in not one motion, or did anything to seem like they were even working. My family member set in the Will County jail for months, when we had the initial consultation with Jeff Tomczak he told us he would have to file a few motions and they would be out of the jail in a few weeks. Months and months went by , numerous phone calls were made to Tomczak and Law Group to go see the client that they were representing to discuss the case and they never would go. I dont understand if they just are taking on to many cases or ripping people off DO NOT HIRE THEM. I have spoke to a few other people that have family members that Tomczak and Law Group is representing, and they are receiving the same treatment. Does not go and see their client that they are representing, comes to court late and unprepared, and they will keep telling you that they are working on your case but can't give you any details or tell you anything that they are actually doing. They do not want to go to trial, all they want you to do is take plea deals. I don't understand how a seasoned attorney cannot take on a young State prosecutor with a easy case. They do not want to do any work just take your money. I highly recommend that you do not hire them,please do your research and find a lawyer that will truly represent you. They will brag about their past record but that does not matter if you are not still doing it today, lawyers are supposed to help their clients not the state.

Don't waste ur time. U will never know what's going and they take their sweet ass time with everything. Even $20,000.00 later.
