Over fifty years ago I was arrested and back in those days there was nothing called expungement. After serving my supervision the courts told my parents and myself that all records would be destroyed, but unbeknownst to us they were not. I applied for Global Entry at the TSA and that's when I realized I had a problem and wanted to clear my name. I am not knowledgeable nor a lawyer and did not want to attempt the process on my own.
